Working with me
Before your consultation
You will complete a detailed intake form in advance, allowing your health history to be reviewed before your appointment. Relevant test results and medical information can also be considered, ensuring consultation time is used effectively.
During your consultation
The consultation explores your health goals alongside your symptoms, health history and current lifestyle. A clear, focused plan is agreed with practical steps to work on before your next appointment.
After your consultation
You will receive a personalised plan within 48 hours, including tailored dietary guidance alongside lifestyle recommendations.
A food-first approach underpins all guidance, with targeted supplementation included where appropriate.
Your fee includes up to two hours of clinical time outside of your appointment to review your intake form and develop your personalised programme.
Advice is designed to integrate realistically into daily life. For those working within a package, additional support is provided between appointments via email and a scheduled weekly progress check-in call.
Follow-up
Follow-up sessions build on progress and refine your plan. Some clients work over a series of appointments to address longer-standing concerns, while others seek more focused support and may only require one or two sessions.
