Experienced expertise

I am a Nutritional Therapist with 18 years of clinical experience.

My work is shaped by training in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, nutrigenomics (how individuals respond differently to diet and lifestyle) and the psychology of behaviour change and eating.

I take a whole-body approach, looking at how diet, lifestyle and environment influence health and wellbeing. Using established behaviour change models, I help clients make realistic and lasting changes, with particular consideration given to the impact of stress and modern living.

I work with personalised, food-first nutrition and lifestyle strategies, focusing on weight and hormonal health (including PCOS and perimenopause), digestive health (including reflux, bloating and constipation), low energy, and stress and nervous system support.

After qualifying in 2008, following four years of study at London’s Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), I worked in clinics across London before founding Tonic, an award-winning health boutique and clinic in Hungerford, where I lived with my family for several years. I now practise in Barnes, SW London.

I have a particular interest in the patterns that influence health and eating behaviours, helping clients identify and gently shift unhelpful habits, beliefs and emotional drivers that may affect progress. This is supported by ongoing professional training in Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté.

My work is calm and considered, creating a space where clients feel heard and supported whilst also providing structure, clarity and accountability.

I am fully insured and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), an Accredited Register recognised by the Professional Standards Authority, and am a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).

I work alongside a pharmacist to ensure supplement recommendations are appropriate and safely integrated with prescribed medication. Where appropriate, I may recommend functional or laboratory testing to help guide a more personalised approach.

Having experienced the power of nutrition first hand, I felt compelled to retrain and help others improve their health through diet, as I had mine.
