The longer plans can be booked as a weekly, fortnightly or a monthly commitment and are useful for ensuring accountability and providing ongoing support and adjustments to your programme. A block of weekly appointments allows us to work closely and fast track your progress. When sessions are spaced apart, they help with accountability and give focus and structure to the time in between.
Useful if you need a quick check-in; have specific questions to ask about a particular area of health or need a supplement review. Besides supplement recommendations, these sessions do not typically include written notes, follow-up emails or test reviews.

Please give me at least 24 business hours’ notice if you wish to rearrange or cancel an appointment – i.e. the cut off for cancelling a Monday morning appointment is the previous Friday. Failure to do this will count as a missed appointment and you will be charged the full amount.
The first session is 90 minutes and during this time we’ll set clear goals and take an in-depth look at your health history.
